We've all heard of Auston Matthews. He's the rookie that everyone who considers themselves a sports fan is talking about. It seems as though anyone would do anything to get close to him. That is anyone except for Alaska Owens. Alaska is a fiery Penguins fan with no intentions on hanging around for some guy. However, her witty remarks and unique personality catch the attention of the Maple Leafs' star center. The only problem? Because of a horrific past back in Tennessee, Sam, her mom, and her brother, Drew, had to move all the way to California. Sam isn't one to try and make friends, so she keeps to herself. Her brother on the other hand, is a a huge chick magnet. He easily makes friends. One of those friends happens to be the other hottest boy in school. What'll happen when he starts to fall for Sam? Will her harmful past come back to haunt her?
