So this will be for the 35th Hunger Games... in some aspects, the wounds from the quarter quell are still fresh, well, kinda. Like, pie for three days fresh...so there's minimal sign of a rebellion... but feel free to do anything else! Killing, while important, will not be the only thing that you will be judged for.
