Sasuke plunged his Chidori infused hand into Naruto's chest. He ripped it out and then dropped him to the ground, his blood splattering the rocks around him. "Sasuke...I always wished I could have been your brother. I wanted to be like you, strong and praised by everyone around you. Sakura, I'm sorry." He said before slowly closing his eyes and stopped breathing. 'Naruto...." Sasuke thought sorrowfully. He dropped to his knees and stared at Naruto's body, tears starting to form on his eyes. He slowly got up and ran away, fluids of sadness trailing behind him.

Fear. One word known by all. The shinigami himself knowing it. Hate. It fills peoples souls, never daring to leave them. What would happen if they left? They would disappear... but who wants to hate? Those two words rule people's lives. And no one dares to change it. Why would they? What would be the point in changing it? It would just come back to scare them. Happiness. A rare thing in a world of death. Often only found with those you would trust. Love and Fondness. Two more elusive words, but what can be said about them? Rare in this world filled with hate. Found by those who long for something, or someone, to trust. You can't have all of these conflicting emotions together can you? It's either one or the other. It's even physically impossible to have them together. But how do the people of Konoha do it? They channel their hate, while being happy about it. But what do they channel their hate onto? The nine tails that destroyed so many things? No... this can't be right. Look at them. Latching their hatred onto a poor child, who had done nothing to them. Nothing but being the thing that holds back what they despise most. But one can only take so much before lashing out. So what makes the little fox crack?

He knew it, he did. He didn't accept it though. He suffered the consequences, consequences that god knew he didn't deserve to suffer. He deserved better. If he was more careful maybe it wouldn't have happened, right? Who was he kidding, there was no back, it was bound to happen anyway. He couldn't stop it. The only thing he could do was hope that none of his secrets would be discovered. There were many, way too many secrets to hide when it broke though. One last push, one last insult, one last beating, one last tear and more importantly one last crack. One last push over the edge of the bridge. People say that everything can be fixed, but can a broken soul really be fixed? The answer to all shall remain unknown... until the late apology. Naruto was left in isolation to deal with his pain and suffering that he was dealt with. All the cause of the village who detest his very existence. Believing the blonde boy would be better off dead. Naruto hides behind his mask in order to see another day, even if he doesn't really want to. But after becoming a genin the mask he worked so hard to protect was slowly torn apart with each day on his new team. Even though he wished it hadn't. The human sacrifice everyone seemed to know and hate. The person who held what they feared. Left to be in isolation by force, since everyone ostracized the boy, besides a selective few. He was known as the nine tails jinjuriki. The vessel of a beast. Yet everyone sees only what they want and what they see is a beast in human form. A destructive power ready to destroy the village with a snap of his fingers. So to keep that from happening. The villagers show him what true pain and misery is to keep him in his place. Yet the boy.. Naruto Uzumaki doesn't live to what they expect him to be.

Minato and Kushina are alive with 3 children; Menma, Mito and Naruto. The 3rd Hokage sealed the Nine Tail Fox in Naruto, and Kami sealed the 3rd Hokage in Naruto too. 4 years later, Naruto is beaten up by the villagers, neglected by his parents and bullied by his siblings. That all changes when the 3 Sannin takes Naruto out of the village. What happens? Will he return? Will he forgive the village?

Pain Fades. This is just an idea I had in my head at some point and decided to write more about it in little-more-than-dotpoint form.
