Natalie Benson has been away from home for over three years, helping her wife raise their son and Anya's cousin, and working on her engineering degree. She comes home for the Holidays, bringing her new family with her after Ontari gets kicked out of school, hoping for a sort of restart. Her family all have different reactions to her arrival; some are ecstatic, some are confused but glad, and others are bitter still over initial her departure. Also, Alexis Castle makes an appearance with Kate Beckett.

She left for Paris, but what happens when she returns to take up her position as a Detective and see where she stands with her partner.

As she so often does, Olivia finds herself overly invested in the case, and becomes attached to the young 16 year old girl. Once the investigation is over, though, Olivia is not able to let Taylor go, and makes a decision to permanently keep her around.
