Callie Carter is a girl who is always full of cheer and happiness. Her mother despises her happiness but her father loves it. Sadly, her father is sent to war and she has to endure the wrath of her hateful mother. She fears that one day she will receive an envelope that's holds the letter stating that her father was killed.
