Naruto, a recovering cancer patient, finally gets a chance to be a kid after ten years of his battle. He meets Sasuke at a party and feels an urge to speak to him. Their story together this starts.

Sasuke is dying, but he is the last listed on the transplant list. Without a working kidney, he's going to die. Naruto has just got his cancer cured and is healthy again. He hears from his nurse, Shizune, about Sasuke and has decided that he is going to help the teen. There's one thing wrong with helping him, Naruto only has one functioning kidney.
