A book about a plus sized girl who falls in love

This story is about a thick girl named Kayla.She been through it all drama and everything else teens go through. But suddenly things start to change.

It's already tough being a black girl that other black people say she is an Oreo but being plus size with an annoying skin condition. Combine that and you get the struggle. Then starting high school when will the struggle end of social awkwardness?

I'm 18 and I'm starting my sophomore year of college do too dual enrollment and skipping a grade. I'm really smart and a bit of a bookworm and I have a part time job at Journey's. I stand about 5'2. I'm mixed with African-American, Filipino, Asian, and French. My moms mixed with African-American , Fillipino, and French. She is beyond gorgeous, she's really short and curvy, I inherited my shape from her. Sadly that's the only thing I inherited from her besides my hair, and full lips. My mom is beautifu I see why my daddy swooped up and married her. My dad's Asian. He is quite the looker too he has extremly deep dimples hence where I got mine from. Standing 6'0 with muscles everywhere and strong facial features, he was a gym junkie.~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My name is Aaron Amir Ashton Carter. I'm 24 and I'm starting my sophomore year of college I had to switch colleges over the summer because I wasn't feeling my previous one for real. I don't really know anyone at the new collage yet but I heard they be live over there. I stand at 6'3 and I weigh about 280 lbs , I go to the gym regularly so you know it's pure muscle. I play about every sport , my main sport at he moment is track. I'm African American I have hazel eyes that girls say are too die for. My dad's about 6'0 so that's were I got my height from also my looks. The girls say I'm quite the looker who am I to deny haha. My moms about 5'9 and she's gorgeous with a sense of humor. I see why my dad married her. I hope I find someone like my mom some day.

"I love you Lyric! How many times do I have to tell you that." he yelled at me. "How am I suppose to know your telling me the truth? How do I know you won't hurt me?" I cried. "Man I can't take this no more. I'm tired, physically and emotionally" he said as he walked towards the front door to leave. "I'M SORRY! Please don't go! I'm trying. I promise I am, it's just hard" I yelled crying even harder. He stop in his tracks and turned around to look me in my eyes. He then kissed me on my forehead. "Call me when you got it all together and figured out. Because this" he pointed from me to him " Isn't healthy" He then turned back around continuing his walk out the house closing the door behind him. When you've never felt love how are you to know when it's in your path? Love, that's a strong feeling. I've always wanted someone to love me but my reality is that no one ever will! My struggle is greater then me. Its like even when people say they love me ,it feels foreign.
