Series of heinous and brutal crimes known as 'C-E' incidents has struck the Philippines. Both criminals and normal citizens had went missing and some have been executed live on television which caused panic and fear across the whole nation. The number of missing person and brutally executed civillians and criminals alarmed the foreign countries as some of the criminals were taken from their own country and was brought in somewhere in the Philippines. And so far, more than thousands of people have been reported missing. A terrorist group called 'EROS' are the ones pointed out to be the perpetrators of the gruesome crimes. Other countries from around the world had worked together to solve this case and sent aid to Philippines and its police forces. Fujiwara Miharu, a novice cop who is inexperienced in investigating and field operations had been sent together with a superior representing Japan's PCPS squad. One night after coming home from patrolling the area assigned to her, she was put to sleep by receiving a heavy blow from behind. Upon waking up, she realizes that somebody had put a deadly microchip inside her head and a bracelet on her wrist that can blow twice as powerful as the Hiroshima bombing in 1945. The person who planted the chip inside her labeled her as one of their 'sympathizers' and talks to her from the microchip inside her head and instructed her to investigate and learn the truth about the incidents. Not only her life's in danger but the whole nation as well. Will she able to unlock the truth without any experience and set herself free as well as the lives of the people who are at stake?
