After the Doctor regenerates into the Master, he goes through time acting like the Master would, because each encounter with the master was a fixed point in time. After his last encounter with himself, when he gets sucked back into the timelock of Gallifrey, he finds the war raging on. When the doctor/master himself accidentally gets shot it causes a paradox of all space and time! How will the doctor fix the paradox? Who shot him? Who's side was he fighting on originally?
