Drops of Poetry It's raining outside my window Just like my emotions inside me The taste of the salty rain and sorrow Every problem falls on me like rain I catch it with my hand Turning it to rhymes and names I'm soaking wet from where I stand I don't care if I'm under a storm All I know is those little drops are stories Every day I learn new things from this horror But I can turn them into drops of poetries. This is a compilation of my poems :)

But you know what hurts even more? It's the fact that you can't let anybody see what you are feeling inside because this cruel world turns its back at broken things. When you can't let your true emotions run wild. When you have to engulf your pain behind the happy façade. The moments when you are smiling in front of people but you are slowly dying inside. When you can't handle the suffocation anymore and burst into crying. The moment you think "Oh only if they knew whats inside. This petite figure hides a universe full of sorrows". Those moments when you bite your lip hard and blink again and again to suck threatening feelings up. That's when it hurts.

So, I was doing a critique tonight. And it was the person’s first book. And I was writing a bunch of the same things that I’ve written on a million other critiques since I started on Wattpad. And, it occurred to me that I keep giving people the same advice—advice that nobody gave me—and advice that beginner writer’s NEED. So I decided to put some of it down in a book, although I’m guessing most people won’t read it. Haha But the title pretty much says it all...
