This is the story of Drake the Pokemon Trainer.

It had been many years since the Rocket incident which had occurred in Johto 30 years ago. In recent years, crime rates had fallen to an all time low and the remaining members of Team Rocket gone. To make matters worse, new incidences of crimes by a mysterious organisation has surfaced in Johto again. Professor Maple of Maple and Co. Laboratories had been kidnapped. It is up to his only daughter, Emma, and her childhood friend Isaac to find out what this new organisation is up to and, if needed, use all their power to stop them.
