Everly Sapphire is struggling through life. Her mum's gone; her dad's wrapped up in a drinking problem, trying his hardest to be the best he can be even though he's sickened with grief. Now she's crossed paths with an old 'friend' - a Consulting Detective and his blogger, and is thrown head first into a world she thought she'd left behind her for good.
