This story can take place in every season. Oswald is hiding at ed's place, since he is a wanted man. Depression, Anxiety and his mind are driving the penguin crazy. As Ed is trying to help him, Oswald takes drugs and becomes an alcoholic. It's like no one could save him, until Ed is starting to accept the feelings he has for penguin. Spoiler alert: they get into a deep relationship and try to survive as criminals.

Edward doesn't feel the same after shooting Oswald. Without him, Ed finds himself crying to sleep at night- until it comes to his senses- Ed loves the man he killed. Is Oswald really dead? Will these two ever kiss and make up? Read to find out...

Edward Nygma found Oswald Cobblepot aka the Penguin injured in the forest, asking him for help. Ed confronts with his other side (Dark Ed) while nursing Oswald back to health.

He never gave up on him and he was desperate for something good. He asked for relief and he lied to himself. He had never been good at letting go of control and he was afraid of something real. He asked for all the wrong things and he failed himself. A story of love, really. The fear of it, the want of it and seeing it where there is none. Oswald is still in Arkham and he needs to get out as soon as possible, not only because he want to get back to he's Gotham Throne but he let the one who betrayed him take care of Martin... Victor. Penguin is behind bars without knowing what happens to Martin now. Edward comes to visit Oswald to ask what he did. At first... Edward starts laughing but seconds later he realizes Oswald needs help. And what happens when Oswald's old feelings are coming back? What happens when The Penguin and The Riddler are close once again? -- This is a Gotham/Nygmobblepot fanfiction. What if Ed and Oswald had more than that one scene back in season one? This is basically their season one storylines (slightly off canon) but the difference is this being very much Nygmobblepot.
