Alistair goes on the run after being exiled by the new king, Aelil Cousland. He expects to get out of Ferelden with no trouble. However a chance encounter with two apostate mages changes that and takes him on another whirlwind journey through Thedas.

Ravera wakes up in Middle Earth with no idea how to get back. She soon finds out that everything that happened is exactly like the movie - word for word. With her arrival though, things begin to change - slowly. Now she has to help them get the ring to Mordor - because the ending of the book isn't certain anymore. Sounds boring I know - I suck at descriptions :)
