Izuku Midoriya a young boy who is quirkless in a world full of extraordinary quirks which are powers that 95% of the population has. (I changed it because I wanted to) Watch him prove to the world that anyone can become a hero. Also there is some inspiration from the other my hero academia story Perseverance with the whole martial arts thing and whatnot.
