One part Iwaoi fanfiction (Iwaizumi x oikawa) from Haikyuu!!. Fluffy and sweet. Oikawa is sad about losing. Iwa-chan comes to the rescue. They realize that all along they've been just a bit more than friends.

Oikawa Tooru has been best friends with Iwaizumi Hajime for as long as he can remember. One day, hanging out with his best friend.. Seems different. He suddenly felt things he had never felt before. He wanted to touch his friend more. Wanted to know him more. Wanted to be with him more. They thought they knew everything about each other. But Iwaizumi suddenly realizes there's a side to Oikawa.. He might not know too well. His best friend is acting strange. He's seeing expressions he never thought Oikawa Tooru could ever make. When Iwaizumi suddenly brings it up to his friend, That's when Oikawa realizes the things he's been feeling are strange. It's a incident that made him rethink his feelings for Iwaizumi. After all of this time, was it just a strong bond he felt for his childhood friend? Or was it.. Something more? Something stronger? I watched Finding Dory and came up with this while watching. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Oikawa Tōru suffers from short term memory. It didn't bother him but as he started growing up it effected him more. Then one day, a boy came along and helped him through it.

"Please don't leave." "I'm sorry, Iwa-chan. But I have no other choice." "Stay, please . . Stay." "I'll miss you. "

Iwaoi Drabble // Character Death Iwaizumi Hajime could've done something. Or he could've done nothing. Either way, his best friend and first love would leave his side. However, how will doing nothing affect him after Oikawa's death? Will he ever get over the guilt of allowing the person most important to him to die in any state other than happy? Drunk, upset and miserable, all he could think of was egging her house. Iwaizumi Hajime never liked drunkards, especially the ones stirring up problems whenever they're half conscious. But somehow, he just had to be in the way of the very drunk, very frustrated, and very broken Oikawa right before he goes to bed. It might be a mistake for Oikawa to choose that day to get drunk, but it might also be one of the best mistakes he's ever made.
