But it's not easy when their "parents" want to do tests, tests and more tests on them. There are other powered people running rampant. They want to get revenge on the people who gave them powers. First said people don't know this. All they know is the people who want revenge are trashing the city. Their city. The place they call home. The people who gave the powers out like candy (horrible, deadly, painful candy) just want to do more with the mysterious substance they found in space seventeen years ago. The space substance wants to be free of its glass prison. It wants to go home to the stars where it belongs. Or anywhere but in its cage actually. What happens then? Jacks world is flipped upside down in the middle of the night when his family is killed and he is abducted by a monster that ransacked his neighbourhood. Confused about his future, he discovers that he is a descendant of a clan of dragons that once kept everything in balance. Jack has now been thrust into a leadership position and forced to lead a mighty army.

Maybe the world is more insane with no one to protect it. Maybe the world needs superheroes to make the world sane. "What are you?" She replies weakly, shaking from my grasp. "Your nightmare in the making." I reply giving her my million dollar smirk. [slow updates]
