She looks up at me, her eyes on fire, "Asher, give me one good explanation on why you won't let me leave!" I step forward, and she takes a step back, her back pressing against the wall, trapped. "Come on, kitten, I know you don't really want to leave," I state. Her eyes narrow, "what makes you think that?" I smirk, "stop pretending you don't want to kiss me right now." ************************************************** Asher Bates is the bad boy and underground fighter, and Soyer Hill wants nothing to do with him. He's not used to being told no, and he won't let Soyer be an exception to that. But will his stubbornness and her denial cause them to hate each other more or will it make them fall? (**warning my first story written in only a guy's POV so it's a little rough, but don't let that stop you from reading it**)

"I had never thought in a million years that a boy who used to hate me, who used to make me cry, who used to play tricks on me could possibly make me fall in love with him.." Saydie was only four when Ethan started playing tricks on her: purposely spilling his chocolate drink on her white dress, giving her a slimy lizard at the first day of school, blew her sand castle off and much more.. She was brave, yet she felt that this boy had done enough. When she turned 16, she hadn't expected that a boy like Ethan could hide something from her.. A/N: I wrote this when I was 16 and didn't have the chance to run through it and correct any grammatical mistakes. So if you found any, my bad. "What do you mean I'm engaged?" I asked incredulously. "There's no freaking way I'm-" "Read it again." The lawyer in front of me says and I squint my eyes at him as I pick the stupid sheet of paper up and read it as he says, but I can't find it. The man sighs before speaking. "Number 9, sub-clause 7-d: I solemnly agree to a sworn promise of celibacy and to-" "Marry the man liable for my educational and living expenses..." I finish off. "Oh you've got to be kidding me, it's in the fine print!" I exclaim and the lawyer smirks at me. "Unfortunately Mr. A, does not wish to disclose any further information. But please enjoy your stay." The lawyer says and I squint my eyes at him. "Mr. A?" I asked and the man grins. "Stands for Mr. Anonymous. Has a nice ring to it, no?" The lawyer says and I fume as he packs up his suitcase. --------- Darcy Silva was your average high school graduate who was desperate for a way into her dream university.
