Being in trouble was never fun for Bethalean Chase; in fact she hated being in trouble. Whenever she was in trouble she would blush slightly before tears would stream down her face like an unstoppable waterfall. When one of her Dads ‘co-workers’ calls her and brings her out to breakfast, she falls hard for him. One night, she was at the store grabbing some reading glasses for her mom and she caught guy following her. He said he thought she was cute and that he would take care of the glasses for her, she thought that was nice and agreed. He stole them. His name was Jason Kutt, and he seemed like any other early-twenties aged mad. But as soon as Bethalean gets close to Jason, she finds that she was sadly mistaken. His past as a criminal and ex-gangster, soon became clear as they got closer. Would her undying love for criminals change her feelings on being in trouble? Would she love the adrenaline rush she had after they would come in contact? Or would she feel the exact same way, no matter what were to happen?
