The year is 3013 and times couldn't be any worse. Over a century ago, Earth made contact with planets not only light years away but also of other galaxies soon after. It all started with an accidental earthly invasion of Mars. Mars felt alarmed after an Earth landing and retaliated. For decades the two planets were at war only to find themselves in a stalemate. The united nations as well as Mars' highest authority, Maerscorg, no longer saw a point in fighting after so many casualties. A truce was made between the former rivaling planets. Shortly after, more planets saw to gain a truce with one and all, bringing the universe to peace. But with peace there is always hatred. Hatred, segregation, and inequality caused many rebel acts and brought the uprising of the Outlaws. When welcoming the new planets and beings, development reached a new high and poor reached a new low. You now had three options in life; Be poor, work fatal jobs, or get out of the crowded Earth now known as 'Iced Earth' due to its icy decline in everyday normal living. These options lead to families being torn apart, war among rebels outlaws, and a vast amount of crime. Outlaws travel around in there galactic crafts searching the universe for treasure and any way to be more than a life to take... Whether it be cruel or sleazy. Due to the vast amounts of Outlaws, a counter attack was to be created. Thus, the Bounty Hunters came to surface. Bounty Hunters found a living in catching, bringing in, or killing Outlaws. This counter attack failed in many respects but kept the Outlaws to a minimum. Bounty Hunters still fell victim to the numbers game. Now, the Universe suffers from the loss of balance. No one in the Universe wanted to throw their life away to the Outlaws cause. Being a Bounty Hunter became suicide in the eyes of the galaxy. But that did not stop all from becoming Bounty Hunters. A young man decides that he'd rather die doing something than live doing nothing.
