That was, in the life of little Mary Dobrev. Maria Dobrev was a single, hardworking twenty five year old woman who struggled between her work and her family. So when her mother passed away, she found herself tumbling down to a hole she didn't know she could ever climb back up from. Stumbling upon a blind man asking for her help to cross the busy road of Manhattan, Mary didn't know if that was going to be her saving grace or her downfall. And what with the calls from said man that comes after that.
