He could've returned to John but he deemed it too soon and he agreed to travel with The Doctor so he could better figure out all the new mysteries the universe had presented him with. After traveling with the Doctor for a good long while a girl shows up who is revealed to be The Doctor's Daughter, her name is Kaiya. Though her name seems to be more hidden throughout history than even her father's and despite that they hated each other at first. The two grow to become equals in each the others' sight and soon Sherlock finds himself thinking of her as the sister he never wanted, but perhaps she is the sister he needed.

When people start being taken by the rift and it seems as if someone is using the rift as a weapon to snatch people. Will the doctor be able to help torchwood find out the truth about what is going on? And why was The Doctor summoned to Cardiff?
