Four worlds are about to collide and lives are going to change.
Our universe is made up of an infinite number of worlds or multiverses. Every now and then, a cataclysmic disturbance pushes some of these worlds to collide. That exact place and time is called the Nexus. It is where worlds meet, where time shifts, and where lives change.
No one can predict the effect of these cataclysmic events. Only a few in the universe are able to estimate the time and place where these multiverses are about to collide. One such species are the Bores. They are an ancient race, born more than twelve billion years ago, and two of the Bores are about to witness this unprecedented event.
"Have you been able to identify how many worlds are going to collide?" The apprentice Bore asks her teacher.
"Yes, I have," he answers, "the nexus is going to affect four individuals on four different worlds at the same time."
"Tell me more please."
"What is interesting is that those four individuals are basically one and the same." The older Bore explained.
"WHAT!?!? You are telling me that we will be looking at the same individual here?"
"Yes and no. Physically, they are the same, but physiologically they are not. Those four individuals have had different histories, different backgrounds, different up-bringing, and will definitely have different futures," he replies.
"That's very interesting," the young Bore replies, "I can't wait to see what you are about to show me..."
