Percy, Piper, Nico, and Zoë survived the two wars before being killed by the gods for being threats to Olympus. As Zeus throws his master bolt at them they just dissappear, transported to the far off world of remnant and into professor Ozpin's office where they become team PPNZ (pronounced penz).
