the words that have clambered around in the back of my head forever, finally put on paper due to a mug of black coffee too bitter for my liking and a green day song blasted too loud as I sat among the fireflies and stars at midnight. human and universe. living and being. a summary of all that I know, thought I knew, or someday hope to understand: everything.

This is every time in the past year when I have cried, the people I've loved, the girls down the hallway, the nights I couldn't sleep, the tears falling on my shoulders, the broken hearts, the broken smiles, the invincible laughter, the crooked teeth. This is my story, and I do believe it is so similar for us all. I hope you enjoy this glimmer into my life.
