This is a story in which a young kit will learn that there is darkness in even the best of us and how trust can be a double-edge sword --- I've been wanting to do this for a while and just got around to it. I made a part for a map a while ago and then maybe some more characters and it turned in to this.

On an island long abandoned by mankind, the large population of cats that live their have created their own society. Eske, shown the true darkness of the world as a young kit, will learn one of the most painful lessons of all. ------------ This is going to be a revamp of the original series. I decided that the first one was too all over the place and that it wasn't focused enough. This one is going to be focus much more on Eske and his development as a character. And hopefully by the end of this the title will make sense.

A small guide to my other series Ashes to Ashes, this guide contains the lore, interesting facts and a few side stories as well as other stuff. It's purpose is to give information about Ashes to Ashes that would seem out of place for any of the characters to mention in the book
