Alena Jackson is a kind, loving, laid back girl from New York City and an aspiring artist. She moves to Santa Barbara to find inspiration for her artwork and also because of her love of the ocean. Her life is going nowhere until she meets Paul Walker, the typical Southern Californian surfer type of guy.
