Rosaline is a nomad, living in the abandoned buildings of Atlanta during the walker epidemic. When she meets a group with exceptionally nice people, and one not so friendly, she decides to join them. However, with doing so she must decipher the varying moods of Daryl Dixon, fight off memories of her past that haunt her, fend off a smitten Shane, and try to stay alive in a place where the dead roam the streets.

TRUST NO ONE. KEEP MOVING. STAY ALIVE. When the outbreak came and the dead walked Jo and her family promised one another to survive no matter what. Months of running did nothing but take the people Jo loved. Now all that's left are Jo and her sister and it's up to her to keep them both safe. When her sister becomes ill they are picked up by a group who claim to want to help them. Their leader, Rick, was a police officer and refuses to leave them behind. The others are eager to welcome them into the fold but Jo finds herself holding back, hesitant to trust anyone. The longer she stays with the group the closer she finds herself coming to Daryl in particular. Jo wants desperately to keep her and her sister safe, and trust is not something easily earned or given in this new world. And Jo will be forced to learn the hard way it's not just the dead that should be feared. I don't own/have any rights to TWD or its characters, scenes etc. Just my new characters and scenarios. Beatrix and Daryl had never met before. In fact, they lived two completely different lives. Beatrix lived in the city, right beside of the hospital, which is where she spent most of her time. Her favorite thing to do at work-besides work, of course-was to talk to her patients and the nurses. She had never been in trouble a day in her life. She had a perfect record, not even being stained with as little as a speeding ticket. Daryl lived in a secluded cabin, at least three miles away from any civilization. The only time he ever talked to anybody was when he was forced to at work. He was constantly in and out of jail, mostly taking the blame for his older brother, but nobody knew that except for him. He destroyed the name Dixon. You couldn't have picked two people that were more different. What happens when the apocalypse brings them together? Will they ever be able to be together?
