The storyline consists of Aria the water elemental who longs to be in the air tribe Eshne who longs to break away from the violent stereotypes attached to her tribe (The Nuri) and manages to eventually finds love with a Rose girl Skye and Indra a hilarious pair of shady twins in the Air tribe, and many others. A war breaks out on the Island and every character is tested in some way or another.
