And also, no one can be all bad, as they even let him occasionally talk with his friends that are back up in what everyone just refers to as the surface. Just a COMPLETED short story. Rick Riordan owns all rights to PJO/HOO, the plot line is mine and yeah, that about covers it. Percy is basically betrayed, but that's not what this completely focuses on. It's brought up and is a reason for the cause of events, but what unfolds is merely the plot.
