Anxiety-ridden, nightmare expert Charlotte 'Charlie' Jackson has been receiving witty, heartwarming, anonymous notes since the beginning of the school year. One afternoon, Charlie notices she did not find a note for the first time all year and suddenly gets the urge to figure out who writes them, and why they have been writing the notes to her. However, being awkward and antisocial, she can't bring herself to question anyone about them. As Charlie narrows down her list of possible note writers, she befriends her main suspects. While Charlie deals with the nagging question of who writes her the notes, she experiences late night phone calls, memorable sleepovers, and kisses from a boy who reminds her of the sea and the stars. • • • ✨ Read the completely edited version on SwoonReads.com and help me get published by rating it! link also in bio/search "a note a day" and it's the first option that shows up! https://www.swoonreads.com/m/a-note-a-day-2/✨ • • • | #26 in teen fiction, 4/3/16 | [a wattpad featured story, 3/7/16] [ copyright © Sophie Claflin, A.K.A Siriusly_fandoms 2015 All Rights Reserved ] **this is the unedited version, read it on swoonreads.com for the edited version. • • • [ GLORIOUS COVER BY - @aeroship; covers used before -@SurroundedByThorns, @akacute . . . ~complete~ Charlotte is as sweet as a strawberry. She's the kind of person who will drop everything just to help you, just to put a smile on your face. She's as sweet as the sugar that constantly runs through her bloodstream, and as excitable as the rush that comes with it. And then there's Benjamin, who's as sour as a lemon. The last thing on this Godforsaken planet he wants to do is acquaint himself with her. While Charlotte is kind and caring, he's rude and vulgar, while she's friendly and innocent, he's crass and mean. So how in the hell is that going to turn out?

It started on Wattpad but now is EVERYWHERE! With a bestselling book by WWBG, a captivating Webcomic on Webtoon, and a film adaptation by Wattpad WEBTOON studios, you can read, scroll, or watch - there's an experience for everyone to dive into Waverly and Blake's journey. ***** In order to fit in during her summer visit to a beachside town, Waverly must take swimming lessons from Blake, the moody (but gorgeous) lifeguard next door. ***** Seventeen-year-old Waverly Lyons is from Alaska. She doesn't do sun. But after her divorced parents can't agree on who gets to have her for the summer, Waverly gets shipped off to Holden, Florida, to spend a couple months with her aunt, Rachel. There's one minor hiccup: Blake Hamilton, Rachel's seventeen-year-old neighbor. He's athletic, outgoing, arrogant, tan, and pretty much Waverly's exact opposite. She's eager to avoid him at all costs, hoping to fit in with the other kids in Holden without drawing too much attention to herself. But when Blake discovers that Waverly has been hiding the rather embarrassing secret that she can't swim, he does the unthinkable: He offers to teach her. [[word count: 100,000-150,000 words]]

He could see her through the window, sweeping the floor of the almost totally deserted diner. Her black hair was falling out of her messy bun and into her face, and she had to keep stopping to push it back. He smiled just a little. He didn't even know her name, she was just 'diner girl', but every time he went to that Diner he would always look for her. She was sweet, and most of the time, she slipped him a little something extra, even when- especially when- he couldn't afford it. He always made sure to give her a little nod of thanks before he left, he didn't want to get her in trouble, but aside from taking his order, they had never spoken. Until Now..... ( I did post this story before, It had almost 25000 reads, but due to some technical hitch it got deleted from wattpad yesterday, so I'm re-posting it. New Readers, Welcome, Diner Girl fans.. I'm so sorry.. )
