Strange incidences have been sighted all over Johto, from freak storms to abnormal weather behavior. To make matters worse, new incidences of crimes by a mysterious organisation has surfaced in Johto again. Professor Maple of Maple and Co. Laboratories had been kidnapped. It is up to his only daughter, Emma, and her childhood friend Isaac to find out what this new organisation is up to and, if needed, use all their power to stop them. However, being two new trainers in the world of pokemon, they both have no idea what to expect. Do they really have what it takes to stop this organisation? Their first stop - Port of Olivine.
