A decade long cold war quickly turns into another world war with a deadly decease spreading like a wild fire at the same time. The world is left in ruins and the few survivors struggle to survive in this new reality, without advanced technology or even electricity to aid them. 50 years later, after the war's end, humanity has rebuild parts of society. In this society lives a young man by the name Ray Bullseye, who survives by guarding traders on their travels and sometimes gets asked to murder for a generous sum. One day on his travels he encounter an orphan and gets stuck taking care of the boy. Its easier said than done, especially when he hates kids.
