The lads laughed about the shabby apartments I had decided to move to after uni. I quite liked the building myself. It was nice and quiet, there weren't too many occupants. There was an old lady down the hall, a couple living on the floor beneath me, and a lad next door that people only had the nicest things to say about. I have yet to meet this lad, but when I do, I'm hoping he lives up to everyone's descriptions.

Louis Tomlinson is an 18 year old college student with a simple life, excellent grades, and a sweet boyfriend. He always has things planned out ahead of time, until he meets a boy named Harry, with too many tattoos and piercings who shatters his plans. note: chapters should be fixed and in order as I update. If any chapters are missing, it's probably because Wattpad marked them as mature. In order to see those chapters, you must add them to your library.

Detention is supposed to be a punishment, but for Louis and Harry, it's the start of something beautiful. Unfortunately, what starts off as a harmless love affair quickly takes a turn for the worse. Through all the stereotypes, judgments, family issues, and demons from the past, Louis and Harry struggle to stay strong. What happens in detention, stays in detention. [NOTE: I began writing this book in 2011 when I was 13 years old. There are many grammatical errors, cringe-worthy moments, and plot inconsistencies. Obviously, my writing has improved immensely since 2011, so please feel free to check out any of my more recent works instead. This book is not representative of my present-day writing abilities. I would prefer to delete this entirely (and its sequel), but there have been many readers who have expressed their love and appreciation for this book despite its flaws. Regardless, thank you all for your support with the Detention series over the past few years. I love and appreciate each and every one of you.]
