How do you bring two people together when one is afraid to need someone and the other one is afraid to be needed? When one is afraid to stay and the other one is afraid to move? This is a one-shot and should be under my one-shot collection. But the parts needed to be uploaded one by one so it has to have its own book.

She chased him. She always find herself running after him. He's always ignoring her. He wants to get rid off her. Naiinis na siya sa tuwing lilitaw sa harapan niya ang babaeng walang ibang ginawa kundi ang habulin siya. They were both rich. He wants his freedom. She wants him in her life. Nagkasundo na ang pamilya nila na magpapakasal sila. Sabi nga nila, lahat ng babae may kanya kanyang katangahan. Paano kung dumating ang araw na mapagod ang babaeng habol ng habol sa kanya at makahanap ng iba? Will he realize that life without her is not worth living? Or will he admit to himself that he is already falling in love with his stalker?

Sa hindi inaasahang pagkakataon ay biglang nag krus ang kanilang landas. Si Maine bilang waitress sa isang bar na napuntahan ng isang binatang Alden ang pangalan. She caught him off guard. Hindi na nawala sa kanya ang tingin ni Alden. He was smitten by her. Kung si Alden ay may likas na kayabangan, may likas din namang kasungitan si Maine. Ilang ulit na niyang tinaboy ang binata ngunit sadyang makulit ito at parang wala siyang balak tantanan. Ano ang mangyayari kung tadhana na mismo ang gagawa ng paraan para magkasama sila?
