With white iris' rather than red and multiple kagune sacs they easily overpowered the CCG and normal ghouls. After the eyepatch incident all doves were on high alert and paranoid, they didn't let any ghoul go. I was the daughter of a very important family, my family helped create the ghoul act. It allowed ghouls to live among humans with democracy and the CCG worked with my family to keep them in line. A feud between us was unimaginable until I got in a fight with on of the doves.
