The second prompt was use the following sentence as an ending: As I opened the card, I realized I had made a terrible mistake. The third prompt was to write: Someone does something extreme to return a borrowed item from many years ago. The fourth prompt was to start with the following sentence: I turned on the 10:00 pm news only to see one of the biggest secrets of my life playing out before my eyes.
