While on her way home from work, Hermione finds herself running into the new Mrs. Malfoy, formally known as Astoria Greengrass. Surprisingly, the two get along GREAT! So great that Astoria reveals to her exactly WHY she can't get pregnant and give Draco the child he's always wanted. With a little persuasion from, surprisingly, her own fiance, Ron Weasley, Hermione offers to be the surrogate mother for the Malfoys. However, Astoria seems to be hiding a couple of other secrets from both her friend AND her husband... what will happen when these secrets finally come out? ~~~ I know, the summary kinda sucks... I actually came up with this idea a few days ago and couldn't get it out of my head (usually how I end up writing all my stories). The war has ended and the Golden Trio has come back to Hogwarts to complete there 7th year, since they missed it while finding Horcruxes in their battle against the Dark Lord. When the trio comes back, joining in the year with Ginny, they see some familiar faces. Such as Neville, Luna, Dean, Seamus and many others from all houses... Even Slytherin... But what if Draco Malfoy comes back for his 7th year, as Head Boy? Surely Professor McGonagall has made a mistake! But no, no she hasn't...

Draco Malfoy's history of poor decision-making continues after the war, when he returns to Hogwarts under strict probation. Bored and restless, he decides to cast the infamous Vanishing Cabinet spell to link his bed with the bed of a willing witch. But something goes horribly wrong, and instead of the buzzy flirt Draco's been secretly meeting, his bed keeps delivering an extremely unamused Hermione Granger. So begins Draco's travesty of an "Eighth Year," where nothing goes to plan and good deeds NEVER pay. His mother owls him daily prophecies of doom, a rabid she-weasel stalks him through the castle, and his mad roommate from Durmstrang plots to avenge the Dark Lord.
