Teaser: • "The sound of boots clunking on the wooden floor made everyone in the pub fall silent. The person took off their brimmed hat to let long dark hair fall down her back. People started whispering. She got to the counter and stood waiting, while the barman just gawped. "A beer, please," She said boldly. The barman nodded silently. An older balding man smoothly took up the space at her side, and in one quick movement slid his hand around her waist to grab her backside. The woman's face twisted in anger and perhaps a little terror at this violation, and she quickly slapped his hand away and pushed him backwards. Someone whistled loudly, but the woman ignored it. Her brown eyes stayed alert and open, her thin lips showing no expression. She looked like a teenager and probably was. She was wearing a beige shirt, the top two buttons undone, and her boots were chocolate brown with golden spurs, which complemented her dusty leather jodhpurs. The man from before had recovered and looked as if he was about to try his luck for a second time, but the woman muttered, "do you want children, sir?" and he quickly backed off. "Oooh, feisty," a man said, making people laugh. In the blink of an eye, a pistol was pointed in his direction..."

What happens when you take the city girl and move her to the country? That's currently the situation that Elizabeth or Liz for short is facing. Her dad just died and her mom was seriously in a mid-life crisis which consisted of her mother thinking it would be a good idea to move back to her small hometown in the middle of hillbilly central to live in the house her grandma had left them in her will when she passed. Could Liz handle the new move, and leaving behind her glorious lifestyle and friends. The city was her home, how would she deal with fields and stars instead of tall buildings and lights. What would happen when the small towns champion bullrider took an interest in her, would she let all her walls she has spent her whole life building come down and let herself fall for him, or will she ignore him and do everything in her power to get back to her city of lights. Seriously this book is so much better than my lame description of it.
