Also, it's the last year to make memories that will last a lifetime. What will happen when two long-time rivals compete for the title of student body president?

But things change when a stranger shows up. Soon Dipper begins to fall in love with this new blonde haired boy, Bill Cipher, and the feelings are extremely mutual. But, as always, life plays nothing but cruel jokes on the concept of love. Dipper and Bill both know that Bill will leave by the end of the summer, Dipper will return back to his own home, and they will never see each other again. Their passionate trysts and unforgettable love will be nothing but a fond memory of the best summer of their lives.
