The lost boys wouldn't exist and pirates may have taken over. But luckily they didn't, they just went away. There are a few that are still there but they're harmless. Peter had kids and lived a good life. So why would there be any trouble? Well one of his descendants has had dreams of Neverland and has now become obsessed.
