Everyone knows the story of Cinderella. She goes to a ball, dances with Prince Charming, and drops her shoe as she runs out of the ball at midnight. But when you turn it into a game, things can go wrong. Enter ten high school girls. Enter ten unsuspecting Prince Charmings. Each girl chooses a special Prince Charming. She attends the ball, dances with her prince, and flees from the ball before midnight, making sure to drop something for her prince to find her with. At least, that's what's supposed to happen.

Girls drool over them, and boys want to be them. Ever since they started at Allenwood Academy, and she met them, they've hate her, and she hates them too. Allenwood Academy announces that they will be having their 50th annul Masquerade Ball. Selena hasn't gone ever since she started at Allenwood Academy, but her 2 best friends convince her to go this year. Selena gives in, and goes. What she doesn't know, is that she dances with one of her enemeys: 15 year old Nathan Sykes. She leaves after she dances with him, because she wasn't aloud to go, under her step-mothers orders. When she goes to leave, her mask falls off when she turns around. Nathan picks it up, and runs after her, but it's too late, because she's gone. The next day, Nathan tries to find the girl he danced with the previous night, by asking all the girls at Allenwood if it was their mask. Little did he know, that his last choice was Selena. Just a small idea I thought about while sitting in my English class, combined with my love of fairy tales and princesses. Playing around with the idea has led to this story, Enjoy!
