Andrew Parker was tasked with killing someone. He refused. Now, he's on the run from the people that gave the order. While he's hitchhiking, he picks a fight with the wrong people and gets involved in the onset of what might be a large international drug racket. Parker may have a blurred sense of right and wrong, but when things get personal, he won't stop at anything to achieve vengeance, and what possibly may even be justice. He's ready to show the world just how stubborn he can be.
