Yugi is a college student who just graduated from Medical school with the highest scores in class. He is accepted by a five star rated hospital in Domino, where he is assigned apprenticeship to Dr. Yami Sennen, who specializes in Head, neck, chest, and abdominal trauma, all 4 stages. He takes Yugi in and starts to work with him, getting him used to the atmosphere of almost never knowing when your patient could die on you or you could make any mistake at any time.
