Alie została unicestwiona, Miasto Świateł zniknęło. Mogłoby się wydawać, że to oznacza koniec problemów mieszkańców Arkadii. Niestety nadchodzi nowe niebezpieczeństwo. Coś, czego do tej pory nie znali i nie widzieli. Coś o wiele potężniejszego od problemów z Ziemianami, ludźmi z Mount Weather czy sztuczną inteligencją. Nie da się tego powstrzymać, pokonać, nawet ucieczka niewiele da. Clarke i Bellamy muszą znaleźć sposób, aby ochronić ludzi przed Praimaya. Nie wystarczy znaleźć miejsce, które ochroni jedynie Ludzi z Nieba. Tym razem będą zmuszeni do współpracy z innymi klanami, w tym z Azgedą. Czy uda im się uratować wszystkich przyjaciół, a nawet wrogów? Czy tak duże niebezpieczeństwo zbliży ich do siebie jeszcze bardziej? „Chciałbym się zakochać.
