It was a perfectly normal day for Hiccup and Astrid, they were happily racing when Hiccup spotted something on the beach. They decided to go and investigate it. Little did they know that it would change their lives forever.

A story about Hiccup and Astrid on Berk. They are now 21. Takes place after httyd 2. This is my first story ever so please don't hate. Sorry if I have some bad grammar or spelling mistakes. I am here to please some. So enjoy :) Inspired to write this story from all the hiccsrtid stories that I have read that are amazing. Also I would like to thank 2 of my good friends that read my story even though they are not fans in any way of how to train your dragon and that they put up with my obsession about how to train your dragon.

Three years! I've been chief for three years now. It's been nice but this snoggletog has made me just loose it. I have so much going on in my mind right now and I need time to sought things out, so I'm going on a holiday. Me and Toothless are going to continue the map further than we ever have before. I'm going to accomplish what I started. I'm going to continue what I love and I'm going to find another Night Fury. Even if it takes me my whole life I shall keep looking. Well.....these were my plans until I hit a couple of obstacles. You could say I did find another Night Fury, but it's a little more complicated then that. You see, this particular Night Fury isn't exactly what you would call, dragon but more Chief. So everyone is surrounded by Drago and his trappers. Eret is the first one to go because he betrayed Drago. And Skullcrusher goes too because he is Eret's dragon. Hookfang tries to save Eret but Drago gets Hookfang as well. Snotlout is upset over his loss of his best friend, Hookfang is by his side telling Hookfang to wake up but the dragon doesn't respond. One of the dragon trappers pick up Snotlout by the arm and drag him away while Snotlout is yelling "No! I can't leave him! HOOKFANG!!!" Ruffnut comes over and tries to save Snotlout and Drago wants to kill her and tries and Tuff jumps in front of Ruff, saving her life. Ruff is now miserable and can't live without her brother. Fishlegs tries to help but the dragon trappers hold him back. Astrid runs in and tries to save the others but Drago hits her, knocking her down. Hiccup saw what happened and went after Drago. Drago captures Hiccup and handles him himself. The others are worried about him, especially Astrid. ~ It's not the end..

It's been 2 years since I met my mother. I became chief and toothless became alpha. I'm now known as the Dragon Master. I'm very proud of this title if I do say so myself. I might be chief but with dragons by our side, I still have the time to live life the way I did discovering new lands.
