"Katniss, repeat after me. My name is Katniss Everdeen, I'm eighteen years old, I'm from district twelve, I was the Mockingjay, I am a mom, and Peeta Mellark is dead." "No," She whispers. I say, tears threatening to fall, I feel awful for what I am doing. Peeta looked extremely worried by this point. "What's wrong? What happened- " I cut him off " I'm... I'm... joining...the careers."

Book 2 Katniss and Peeta have managed to survive the hunger games. But what the Capitol will throw at them next will require more then just wits and cunning. Will they make it through the rough waters, or will they crash and slowly fall apart? Book 3 You can only live with half of yourself for so long before you break. . or at least that's what people have been telling her.
