Kellin Quinn, in the age of 16, was one of Vic's followers who would, I guess the word to describe this is "obsess" about Vic-along with his (Kellin's) friend, Chloe Simmons. While moping around with the app and checking through the "post you may like" section of Instagram, Vic took notice of the raven-haired boy and also take a liking in him too.
