For those of you who have read or are reading the Secrets Will Kill You series then you already know these characters pretty well. Melissa and Britney have been with the boys through thick and thin but with the holiday season drawing near Melissa begins to feel some mixed emotions about her idea of "perfection". This short story deals with Mel discovering what her perfect Christmas is and what it used to be. Somehow I don't think she will see much of a difference.

Here's to the unsung heroes who deserve recognition but do not ask for it and who continue to fight. Long live our kings and queens who rule with an open mind.
