My life sucks for starters. You see, my best friend and sister Grace Angelina Waters died when i was little, and my mother, sick with grief, died soon after. I was left only with my father. After half of our family freaking died, he couldn't function. He would just sit there at the dining room table, muttering something under his breath over and over again-or go to the nearest bar and two hours later, he'd come home again. Drunk. I wasn't dumb. I knew that my father didn't have a job so he couldn't provide for me so I learned to provide for myself. It was hard for a 14 year old to find work in the city. But as long as I looked hard enough, I could always find a job. Not always the best job, And I'll Tell ya, it was a scary thing knowing there was Way to get paid for some of the things that I did. Until they caught me.
